BioConserve undertook a terrestrial ecology survey to inform the EIA for the development project of Ghaf Woods, including diurnal and nocturnal surveys, flora surveys, camera traps, and bat acoustic data, delivering a habitat map, survey findings, constraints, and recommendations in a technical report.
Al Nouf, Abu Dhabi, UAE
BioConserve conducted a terrestrial baseline survey and reporting for a proposed power plant in Al Nouf, Abu Dhabi, which included diurnal and nocturnal surveys, flora surveys, and Sherman traps, culminating in a habitat map, survey findings, constraints, and recommendations in a technical report.

BioConserve conducted Avifauna Surveys for a proposed Low Carbon Steel Hub project in Abu Dhabi, involving maintenance dredging and serving as part of the ecological survey for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), with surveying activities including Vantage Point surveys.

BioConserve conducted avifauna monitoring for Meydan One masterplan, located near the Ras Al Khor protected area, and prepared a collision risk assessment document, including mitigation and monitoring programs, to address potential risks from high-rise buildings.
KSA & Region
BioConserve was commissioned to re-survey a regional cross-boundary OHTL project for power evacuation after the original ecological survey was deemed insufficient, providing recommendations for construction and operation measures aligned with IFC P.S.6.
Al Ula, KSA
BioConserve undertook diurnal and nocturnal ecology baseline surveys, deployed and retrieved acoustic bat recorders, and conducted bat roost searches in the Sharaan Nature Reserve, providing a technical report and input for a larger strategic environmental assessment.

BioConserve was appointed to conduct baseline surveys for terrestrial and intertidal ecology components within the Ras al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, aiming to establish existing conditions and provide implementation support throughout the construction phase for a habitat restoration project.
